These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, browser games, mobile games, mini games, and related services operated by StellaOcean Technology Media Co., Ltd. ("StellaOcean", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

2. Game Access and License

3. Accounts and Platform Services

4. Virtual Items, Purchases, and Rewards

Our games may include virtual items, in-game currency, rewarded ads, unlockable content, or optional purchases. Virtual items have no cash value, are licensed rather than sold, and may be changed or removed where permitted by law. Purchases are handled by the relevant platform or payment provider and are subject to their refund rules.

5. Rewarded Advertising

Some games may offer rewards for watching ads or completing platform-supported actions. Rewards may fail or be unavailable because of network issues, platform limitations, ad inventory, suspected abuse, or technical errors. We may withhold or revoke rewards obtained through fraud, automation, or misuse.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer, interfere with servers or security systems, use bots or automation, upload malicious content, impersonate others, harass other users, violate law, or use our services in a way that harms StellaOcean, platforms, partners, or other users.

7. User Content

If a service allows you to submit names, messages, images, scores, feedback, or other content, you remain responsible for that content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, moderate, and use that content to operate, improve, and promote our services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Our games, websites, artwork, code, designs, logos, characters, audio, text, and other materials are owned by StellaOcean or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our materials except as expressly allowed by us.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our services may link to or integrate third-party websites, SDKs, platforms, ads, analytics, payment services, app stores, and social features. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or practices.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there.

11. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and data preservation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StellaOcean and its directors, employees, contractors, partners, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of our services.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or if required by a platform, partner, or law. You may stop using our services at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Thailand, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise. Disputes should first be raised by contacting us so we can try to resolve them informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
